Rae S. Inokuma

Principal Broker and owner Rae S. Inokuma purchased Home Managers, LLC in 2003, after gaining valuable and extensive property management experience by working for the company since 1998. Rae obtained her real estate license in 1999 and her broker's license three years later. Born on the island of Oahu, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1990 and re-located to Maui, Hawaii, in 1998.

Rae Inokuma personally owns investment real estate, so she knows first hand what it takes to make properties perform to their full potential. She is committed to maintaining your investment as if it were her own.

Rae Inokuma's extensive knowledge, combined with the experience gained from managing more than 200 rental properties, has made Home Managers, LLC Maui's leading property management company. Rae also manages all accounting functions of the company.

Denise Anakalea

In 2003 Property Management Specialist, Denise Anakalea joined Home Managers as a Property Management Assistant. While gaining valuable and extensive property management experience, Denise worked to obtain her real estate license the very same year. Born and raised here on the island of Maui, she is now married and raising her four beautiful children on the island as well.

Today, Rae and Denise have become more like partners and are often referred to as Yin and Yang, a concept used to describe how two seemingly contrasting forces are actually interdependent, and give rise to each other in turn. They work together as part of a dynamic system.

Denise has been a tenant and is now a homeowner. Being able to experience both has enabled her to give expert advice on property management. Throughout the years, Denise has formed enduring relationships with property owners. They see that she truly understands their needs. She does the extra things that you can’t really put on paper, going above and beyond to ensure the best service possible. A real person with a big heart - you can’t put a price tag on that!
